I would like to purchase pain medication online, but I don't have a
prescription. I need medication for moderate to severe pain. These
drugs include (I am looking for anything with any of the generic names
below):

Darvocet-N (Acetaminophen, Propoxyphene Napsylate)
Darvon Capsules (Propoxyphene Hydrochloride)
Darvon Compound-65 Capsules (Aspirin, Caffeine, Propoxyphene
Hydrochloride)
Darvon-N Tablets (Propoxyphene Napsylate)
Lortab (Acetaminophen, Hydrocodone Bitartrate)
Percocet Tablets (Acetaminophen, Oxycodone Hydrochloride)
Avinza Capsules (Morphine Sulfate)
Demerol Tablets (Meperidine Hydrochloride)
Dilaudid Tablets (Hydromorphone Hydrochloride)
Duragesic Transdermal System (Fentanyl)
Stadol NS Nasal Spray (Butorphanol Tartrate)
Talwin Nx Tablets (Pentazocine Hydrochloride)

I have found websites that will sell these medications without
prescriptions, however I'm not sure whether these are trustworthy
companies. Is there any mainstream or trustworthy compendium of
reputable foreign pharmacies that will ship medicines?

As far as I know, legally a foreign pharmacy must have a US
prescription to ship meds. There are online US pharmacies that will
give you a prescrption just by filling out a form with your symptoms
etc. I would be wary of any foreign companies that will ship without a
prescription. Does your online pharmacy need to be foreign? I know
there is a big cost benefit in that. If you can accept US pharmacies I
will be able to supply you with a list of reputable ones.

I can't imagine a trustworthy or reputable source that would be
willing to sell narcotics without a prescription - or even prescribe
them online with just a questionnaire. As a medical professional, I
would consider this activity to be exactly the opposite of trustworthy
or reputable. These are potentially addictive and/or lethal
medications - that is why they are controlled substances which require
monitoring of their use, which is hard enough to do with regular
prescriptions and pharmacies, let alone online transactions.
