Dear Successbiz,

First of all, how do you define "top scams"? What is the index?

In addition, I believe that to answer it well, your question will require
more time and effort than the average amount of time and effort
associated with this price. Here is a link to guidelines about pricing
your question, in the pricing guide:

Price has been raised also will tip good for
a lot of content delivered in the answer.

What I mean by "top scams" would be the most successful ones that have
occurred or are occuring.
