I'm looking to Purchase next year a House/Condo on Lake Michigan or
near the Lake (off a tributary), with access to the Lake with a Boat.
Property can have a boat slip, or be at/or near a Marina in Illinois
or Indiana. Closer to chicago the better. Who and/or where can I
contact/view this request?

Hi 1bigdaddy ~

I can put you in touch with a one or two reputable real estate agents
who specialize in vacation property in the Chicago/Indiana area;
however, how do YOU want to proceed?

It would seem to me that you will need time to see the property
(although some have bought without seeing it) and if you're buying
next year, you may want to wait til then, etc.

There are good people who will work with you and help you find what
you want. More specifically, they can do that for you when the time is
right.

So, how do you want to work this? Establish a rapport now? Wait til
later? If you give us some help there, we can help get you in touch
with the people you need to work with to accomplish your goal.

Let me know your preferences, please.

Thanks,

Serenata

Thanks for the help. I would like to wait until I'm actualy ready to
make a move & shop. You've relieved my frustration in not knowing
what realtors to contact. Thanks. BD
