I heard this rock song on the radio Tuesday (October 28th).  I believe
it was 92.3 K-Rock in NYC at around 4:15PM Eastern Time, but I may
have the station wrong.

The song starts very similarly to Iggy Pop's "Lust for Life" off of
the Train Spotting soundtrack, with a similar beat and monotone riff. 
I can't really remember any of the specific lyrics except for the
words "blonde hair" followed by another 2 word phrase (something like
"black boots" or "tight skirt" or something).  The "blonde hair"
phrase must have been in the chorus because it was said multiple times
throughout the song.

Can anyone name that song?

More details:
The lead singer was male. It was a relatively fast paced rock song
(electric guitars with distortion) etc...

It really reminded me of "Lust for Life" by Iggy Pop, and you can hear
