I couldn't find where he is buried, but perhaps another research could make enquiries based on the following: Solheim is survived by his wife,Louise, and his three sons and daugh-ter, John, Allan, Karsten Louis andSandra Aiken. In Phoenix, the visitationfor Solheim is scheduled for Monday,Feb. 21, from 5-9 p.m. at Hansen Mor-tuary (8314 N. 7thStreet), with a memo-rial service scheduled for Tuesday, Feb.22, at 1:30 p.m. at Bethany Bible Church(6060 N. 7thAvenue). A public receptionwill follow at 4 p.m. at Moon ValleyCountry Club. The Solheim family hassuggested donations to the BarrowsNeurological Foundation, 350 W. Tho-mas Road, Phoenix, Ariz. 85013, in lieuof flowers http://www.lpga.com/photos/022100_release.pdf === or === http://216.239.33.104/search?q=cache:ZRXOUEwth08J:www.lpga.com/photos/022100_release.pdf+%22karsten+Solheim%22+%22Bethany+Bible+Church%22&hl=en&ie=UTF-8 |
