4. The highest integer in any set is 511,432.
5. How many sets meet conditions 1-4?

begins with 1?
7. Then, looking only at 97 integer sets where each integer is equal
to 1 or more, how many sets could exist?
8. If possible, construct formulae to explain each answer.
