I am considering opening a business office in Wyoming that would
require it owning a fair amount of land. I noticed that Wyoming does
not have any income tax, but are there some other significant taxes
that I need to worry about?

The business will manufacture a product for sale out of Wyoming. What
Wyoming taxes would I be subject to, eg. value of land?, value of
assets?, revenues?etc.

Assuming the business owns $100,000 of land, has $500,000 of assets in
Wyoming and $1 million in "export" revenues, what will the Wyoming tax
be?

Clint
