Following a government report the UK regional development agencies are
likely to assume increased responsibility for delivery of strategic
programmes currently delivered by other public sector organisations.
We need to identify the impact of the changes required in absorbing
funding and resources from one organisation into another, and the best
practice change management practices required to make the changes as
seamless and pain free as possible in order for future RDA strategy
and delivery to be strategic and integrated. Can you help?

The report in question is the Haskins Review of Rural Delivery
Services and the RDA will get increased strategic management and
delivery (some delivery may be more localised) over rural services
