Has anybody heard of a sculptor called Tuvia Iuster, born in 1931, and
lived in Ein Hod, Israel. Do you know where he is?

Actually, its Tuvia Yuster. As noted on this page:

But I could locate nothing else on him, hence this comment. Perhaps
another researcher can uncover a bit more for you.
