I would like to know if it would be legal to import music CDs, DVDs
and Computer games from the United States or Asia, and distrbute them
from a shop in Ireland to Irish customers, and if so where would i
find the cheapest distributers of these products. Are there national
rights given to distributors for each country to distribute these
items.

I have purchased music CDs from www.cd-wow.com and noticed that they
send these Cds from Hong Kong. There is currently a case been brought
against them by the BPI as shown in the following link.

Would the case above affect every country as currently purchasing
these products from irish suppliers wouldn't allow me to sell them at
a fair price suce as cd-wow.
