It's not clear exactly what you're looking for (the requirements sound
like a combination of programmer and general technician) or whether
it's a contract project or an employment opportunity.  I happen to
know of a very competent programmer in Marshfield who has done all the
things you list except Easy Language.  You can find his web site at
