Assume none of employees are unionized. Their rights and obligations
are determined by individual contracts of employment, the common law
governing this contract, and the British Columbia's (BC in Canada)
employment standards and human rights legislation.
what are employees and employers' nature of the respective rights and
obligations?
For example: If I didn't join the union, what are my rights and
obligations by individual contract of employment, the common law,
BC's(province's) employment standards and human rights legislation.
(According the common law, even if I didn't join the union, I can
still have be basic rights, such as min. wage, ...............
I want to know the rights and obligations between employees and
employers if there is non-unionized.
