I'm going to be conducting a seminar on how to play blackjack and
would like a website where I can demonstrate various hands to people.
I don't want a gambling site but rather a site that allows free
simulated play. I'm looking for something that is visually well-done
so that when I project this site onto an overhead it will be visible
to people in a large classroom. Any suggestions?

Must it be an online demo? I'd bet there are numerous
free programs which you can download and use to demonstrate
the game without necessitating internet access.

It's slightly better if it's an online demonstration but a
downloadable app would suffice as well. I will have a live Internet
connection during my demonstration so that's not a problem. However,
I do have limited time to set up and so that's why I was hoping to
find something quick and easy online. Either should be OK though.

<Online blackjack demonstrations.

A blackjack game that requires no download. This game allows the
screen size to be changed and is slow enough for demonstration
purposes. The table and the dealer actions are shown.

This game just shows the player’s hand and the dealer’s hand (no
table) and is slow enough for demonstration purposes.

You need shockwave installed to play this game (available from the
site).
The nice thing about this game is that the cards are displayed until
you re-deal which allows you to explain the hands.

This site allows you to play two hands at once. You need to click on
the chips to start playing. It allows you to change the rules and the
number of decks used. However the last hands tend to disappear quickly
which may not be ideal for demonstrations.

A free downloadable blackjack program is available at

This is a free download game.

I checked out a few online sites, but all of them had come-ons and/or
sexually suggestive ads that wouldn't be appropriate for a group
setting. In my opinion, you'd be best off going to
http://www.download.com and find one of the many blackjack programs
available. I also wouldn't trust any of those online casinos to put
decent software on my computer.
