What is the name of the artist/song of the late 90's, early 00's pop
music video featuring a group of teenagers in a shopping mall who have
put the adults in cages, and they're running/skateboarding around the
mall. Was a one-hit wonder kind of band... popular several years ago.

How'd I do it?  It's magic -- and some luck, and a few search terms in
Google.

I took what seemed to be the most important words from your question,
and added "mtv" because it plays many videos.  That led me to the
first good reference to the video.

Incidentally, I forget to mention that I searched for "new radicals"
in order to find the web site with the video.
