I am doing a thesis on People, Tools and Processes in an Information
Technology Outsourcing Business

I require material that explains the Role, Purpose, Function of
People, Tools and Processes in an Organization (Need not be I.T
specific, general business information will do).

I Also require information on 'A history of security in the
Information Technology Industry (The purpose of this is to corroborate
my theory that security was a neglected area and still is a problem in
the Information Technology Industry)
