Question ID: 272564
How can I find and review and/or __print__ ship manifesto for SS
Finland Oct 1923 (arrival NYC) minimum info the sponsoring brother's
name and address
in Nashville TN,

What is the next step /resource to trace that brother
further? My father's EIDB entry is under MARVIN FRIEDMANN, arrival
SS
Finland, Oct. 10, 1923.

The brother's name is/was Mordechai Friedmann, I believe. I don't
know the next steps to take. He isn't listed under that name in 1920
or 1930 census records. I know people change their names at citizen
times.

Sometimes I have found info the Jewishgen. eidb using the search all,
but sometimes not.

please let me know if you need clarification.

Do you have information about the occupation of either man or other
possible cities in which they may have resided? Also, have you
checked the SSA death index? All additional information will assist a
Researcher to pinpoint info during searches.

PS - At the site I gave you above

click on the Advanced button to add additional search parameters. If
you do that and add "TN" {without quotes} to the last residence,
you'll see other Friedmann names in Nashville. You may be able to
find their relatives through searches.
