Hello Ferdinando,
You did not mention where you live, but since NTSC format is standard
in the US, Canada, and some in Japan, I am guessing you reside in one
of these countries. Finding a video of Lincolnshire in the US is a bit
difficult. The majority of the videos I found, in NTSC format,
specifically on Lincolnshire, are sold in England. However, I have
included only sites that do ship worldwide, with France and South
Africa being the only exceptions.
These sites are located in England, but ship worldwide:

Quantum Leap has two videos of Lincolnshire, in NTSC format. Quantum
Leap is located in England, but they do ship worldwide: Quoted from
Quantum Leap?s shipping page:
?Shipping And Handling: Shipping and Handling is free of charge for
orders for delivery to a UK address. Shipping and Handling is charged
at standard UK postal rates by weight and worldwide area and
calculated automatically when placing your order.
Delivery Schedule: We endeavour to deliver your order right away. We
will normally expect to dispatch your order within 7 working days.
International orders are generally received within 14 working days.
In the unlikely event that dispatch of your order is going to be
delayed beyond 21 days , we will contact you by email, phone or post.

Priceclash, also in the UK has some of the same videos as the site
above, but a few more titles. They accept and ship orders from
anywhere in the world except France and South Africa. Priceclash seems
to be a referral/comparison site; Once you select the video you would
like, it offers several sites from which to choose, each having one,
some or all of the mentioned videos.

Bensons links from Priceclash. It all seems a little strange, but all
together, they have 5 NTSC videos.

Lincolnshire in the search box.)

From VideoPasts.com, this not your average travel video:
?Lincolnshires notoriously flat countryside has made it a natural home
for many airfields, and we also recount many stories associated with
ghosts that still haunt the sites of previous disasters involving
pilots and ground crew.
After watching this film the viewer will understand why Lincolnshire
has been dubbed the most frightening county in England ? Scroll down

Blow by Blow, has NTSC videos, but appear largely historical, not
travel/touring. You may be interested none the less.

choices than England travel, which also included New England)

A brief online slide show of Lincolnshire
http://www.nytimes.com/top/features/travel/destinations/europe/unitedkingdom/england/
?Lincolnshire is a flat county, so it's easy to get around by bicycle,
unspoilt by the hustle and bustle of much of the rest of England. The
towns and villages of Lincolnshire's cobbled streets and stone-built
houses with their red-tiled roofs attract film directors as much as
they do tourists.?

Also, Ferdinando, your local library may have videos on Lincolnshire.
If they don?t have a video in the library, ask a librarian about an
inter-library loan. Most libraries can ?borrow? books/media from other
libraries, at no cost to you, with your library card. You may need to
wait up 2-3 weeks for the video to be mailed to your library.
Here?s hoping at least one of the above mentioned videos fills the bill!
IF any part of my answer is unclear, please request an answer
clarification before rating, and I will further assist you.
