I'd like to have postal code map of all of Canada, or perhaps of Canadian 
Provinces, with detail down to the first two characters of the FSA. I don't 
want a digital map or data, I want something printed on paper, perferable with 
a plastic coating. I have the pdf file of FSA's from Canada Post's website. 
It's useful but awkward to use. I already have a 3 digit US zip code map and a 
Postal Code map of all of Europe with the first or first two characters of the 
national postal code. I'd like something like them for Canada.

Unfortunately there is not a plethora of Postal Code maps for Canada as there 
are for Zip codes in the United States. The only paper based map I could find 
with a break down of Canadian F.S.A. Postal Areas is at DATAMAP Electronic 
Mapping. The "Canadian Atlas of F.S.A. Postal Areas" is priced at $135.00 and 
their website has this to say about it:
