I've recently started a company and will be hiring a programmer and
compensating him with stock options. I need a template form for hiring
agreement that includes his responsibilities and compensation, a stock
option plan with vesting. It should include provisions such as
confidentiality, assigning all intellectual property rights to the
firm, etc. Preferably this would be one that a lawyer has written, and
a company has used that I can alter.
