Yes, thats right. Question: Is eye color a factor in distribution of
subcriminal Psychopathy among Whites/Caucasians?
Are blue-eyed psychopaths over-weighted and brown-eyed under-weighted
in the subset of White/Caucasians that meet the following stipulative
definition:

A psychopath as measured by the Dr. Hare PC-R test (psychopathy checklist).
Note, Dr Hare's criteria is not identical to DSM.

In other words blue-eyed people constitute x percent of all White/Caucasian
and brown-eyed people y percent. Remaining eye colors constitute z percent.
Of the percentage s of all White/Caucasian that meet the stipulative definition
are the blue-eyed disproportionately represented.

Inteesting question!

I've found about 15 articles that discuss the link between eye color
and personality/behavioral traits, including shyness, neurotic
behavior, motor skills, etc., but nothing on psychopathology per se.

Do you have reason to suspect that such research has, in fact, been carried out?

In a cursory search I have found *no* evidence that such research has
been been done by psychiatrists or neuro-biologists.

I think that there is some linkage so I have reason to suspect that
the research may have been done somewhere.

Wouldn't the answer to this be supremely relevant to our society in
the aftermath of the multi-billion dollar post-bubble securities
collapses or frauds?
