Question ID: 273287
I am looking for a company that can print a simple pattern on
mouse-pad like material (3mm thick neoprene with red nylon on one
side). The problem is size: I want to print a pattern 54 inches long
and 6 inch wide. I supply the material to be printed. The pattern is
in pdf file format; it is made up of lines spaced .54 inches apart,
some of the lines are black and some are white. I will need 10 pieces
printed initially, and more in the future. I prefer dye sublimation
if possible, but two-color silkscreen (black and white) is also
acceptable if it can hold up with fingers rubbing on it.

Thanks

The business should be in the continental USA; in Illinois would be
most convenient for me.

I was told that a company "on Bandini in Los Angeles" developed
large-size dye sublimnation printing onto large nylon-covered 3mm
sheets four years ago. Unfortunately the person telling me this could
not remember the company name, and I have not been able to track down
that company. They apparently developed the procedure that is now
used in off-shore printing of large neoprene sheets.

Hi lippold,

I sent out an email inquiry to a company and I'll let you know as soon
as they reply.

Thanks,

Bobbie7
