www.ahni.com.  Need basic information on this C corporation; Board Of
Directors, Growth Patterns; current number of physicians employed;
total employees; Financial Statements; earnings of prinicipal
stockholders.  This doctor group was purchased from Anthem in 1998-99
by employee physicians and managers.  Any news articles would be
welcome. What are plans for growth?  Appreciate the help.
