In the 1960's there were tennis shoes with pictures of the Beatles on
them. Where would I look to find out if anyone has some?

I've got good news and bad news...

The good news is that I found your shoes. The bad news is that
they're big collectors items and really expensive. They're called
"Wing Dings" and they are from the 1960s.

Here are some links to the shoes: - blue tennis shoes - white high-top tennis shoes - white tennis shoes - ebay
auction, no picture but it does have a little background info on the
shoes - ebay
auction, with picture and a little info also

This page has a chart showing the price history for the shoes:

I found these pages by searching Google & eBay for the following
beatles shoes
beatles shoes -"future shoes"
beatles wing ding blue tennis shoes
beatles "wing ding" shoes
beatles "wingding" shoes

I'm sorry, but I wasn't able to find anyplace that actually sells
them. I suggest you search eBay for "beatles 'wing ding'" about once
a week. You might also try asking the Google Groups Beatles message
board at:

Thanks for the question and if you require more information, don't
hesitate to ask for clarification. And if you find this answer
satisfactory, please feel free to rate it. Thank you!

If this isn't your color, try looking around the store.

Another thing I noticed: (a page listed
by answer) DOES in fact sell the shoes, they are such special order
that you musst email them to buy anything.

Hope that helps,
