I am looking for a list of the 10 largest Internet Service Providers
in Czech Republic & Slovakia (20 in total) and the e-mail addresses of
either their CEOs or Chief Technology officers.
Largest can mean either in turnover on in market cap.
I realise that perhaps its impossible to get all the names & e-mails,
I will pay for a success rate of 50%, and tip for more.

Hi dogsbollocks,

I would like to inform you of the result of my research: 

As I mentioned in my previous clarification, I have located the
leading Internet Service Providers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Because of the unavailability of ranking in terms of turnover or in
market capitalization, I have found these ISP's to be the largest
and/or most popular, and are listed the most in directories and
websites of the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Regarding the email addresses of the respective CEO's, most are
unaccessible to the public. I have attempted to identify the email
format, however, by searching through the websites of the ISP's, this
has also proved to be difficult.

Out of a total of 21 ISP's, I have managed to provide you the email
addresses of  4 CEO's, and the email format of  4 others.

The remaining ISP's list the general email address and contact
information (telephone, fax and address).

Please let me know how you would like me to proceed with this.
