I need a list of the major players in the trade show industry.  Company's that
build exhibits and offer other services to their trade show customers.  Name,
address, phone and web site - specifically need the name of the
Director of Sales and or Marketing for each company.

am a bit concerned about the contact name not having their position or
role in the company listed.  I would like to see this information

There are 71 Exhibit Builders listed on the "Exhibitor Online"
website, and each company has their own information page.

You do not need to format the companies from Exhibitor online as the
site does that very well and I can go there to get the information. 
This is a great start but I am certain there are more than 71 exhibit
builders in this country - while your answer is good, I have a sense
that there are more companies out there and would like to have at
least one more listing. Thank you!

I discovered a few more listings. You will probably find this source
to be the most useful, because for each entry a contact name and title
is (normally) included - and you can also search by category or brand.
Select the appropriate category (from the drop-down menu) and type "a"
in the "Company" field, and you will be presented with a list of
companies in alphabetical order. Then click on "MORE INFO" for contact
details and additional information.
