I've got assignment to do about the role of computers to one design 
professional (could you answer questions with as much information
below as a professional and with examples), or design sector. the
quesion are: -

1)  what role(s) computers play in the life of this individual, in 
particular, with regard to their design endeavours?

2) how did this come about?i.e.:how did they beging to appropriate computers 
for specific tasks?how did the use of computers generate new tasks, methods 
or creative explorations?within this conext, what did they do before the use 
of computers?could they perform their current design activities without the 
use of computers?

Before computers we used 

3) how has the sector changed since the advent of computers?

4) have the skillsets or training requirements for designers changed?

5)how have computer shaped the type of product, or changed the production 
process?

Hi, its for a graphic design professional, the person does not have to
reside in the uk - as long as the same equipment is used elsewhere i'm
sure you can pretend to be from the uk!
