Order of the Rainbow for Girls", a Masonic youth organization founded
in 1922, with Assemblies in currently 46 US States and 8 other
countries of the world.

The meaning of the acronym "BFCL" is not clear and might have
something to do with the Order's ritual or another, superordinate
Masonic organization. On none of the Masonic websites I searched the
acronym was explained. However, since neither the Freemasons nor the
International Order of the Rainbow for Girls are secret organizations
at all, you will surely get information on this should you need it. In
that case, you might want to contact the Masonic Information Center of
the Masonic Service Association of North America and request
information on what BFCL exactly stands for:
