A more exhaustive list of sites (which lists both the sites listed in
the answer by andy) for Friedrich Nietzsche can be found in google
directories.

http://directory.google.com/Top/Society/Philosophy/Philosophers/Nietzsche,_Friedrich/

You will have to sift throught the list as not all the sites are
relevant to the question.

Intentional Communities and Friederich Nietzsche
=====
So far, I've only been able to find one intentional community that one
might say lives by the philosophy of Friederich Nietzsche, and that in
a round-about way - Camphill Communities California.

I say "round-about way" because of what they say on their web page
about their founding: "Camphill was founded by humanitarian Dr. Karl
König, M.D. (1902-1966), and is inspired by the anthroposophical work
of Rudolf Steiner, Ph.D.(1861-1925) which upholds the spiritual
integrity and reality of the human individuality." (See URL:
http://www.camphillca.org/about/)

And Steiner was influenced by Nietzsche.

Below you'll find some information on the Steiner-Nietzsche connection
taken from various web sites.

=====

"Rudolph Steiner was born in Kraljevec, Austria in 1861. Steiner
studied at the Vienna Technical College, where he educated himself in
the philosophies of Goethe and Nietzche.

"Although an admirer of the German architect Gottfried Semper, he
viewed Semper's ideas on material functionalism and the technique of
art as incorrect. Steiner advocated a more intuitive design style.

"Highly interested in the alignment between science and nature, matter
and spirit, Steiner developed an anthropomorphic architecture for his
own Anthroposophical Society. Steiner produced few buildings in his
lifetime, but he lectured extensively on his theories. His "organic
architecture" has undergone a recent revival in interest.

"Steiner died in Dornach, Switzerland in 1925."

=====

"In considering Rudolf Steiner as a possible source of Wassily
Kandinsky's views of Nietzsche, Steiner's role and interaction with
the Nietzsche cult is explored. A background to Steiner's extensive
publications on Nietzsche is traced, and the debate on Nietzsche
between Steiner and Ernst Horneffer in 1900 is considered. Some of the
changes in Steiner's approach to Nietzsche after this debate are
examined, and Steiner's views of Nietzsche are contrasted with some
developments in the Nietzsche cult after 1910. Finally the influences
on Kandinsky's responses to the Nietzsche cult are reconsidered
against this background."

=====

"The Founder of Anthroposophy was Rudolf Steiner, PhD, an Austrian
natural scientist and philosopher, who was born on February 27, 1861,
at Kraljevec on the Murr Island in what used to be Hungary at that
time. He entered the university of Vienna at age 18 and studied
natural history, mathematics and chemistry. He did extensive
philosophical reading and attended philosophy lectures by Karl Julius
Schroeer, a leading philosopher and scientist of that time. Through
his Professor Karl Julius Schroeer, Rudolf Steiner began at age 22, to
edit Goethe's Natural Scientific Writings. At age 25, he wrote his
Theory of Knowledge Implicit in Goethe's World Conception. From 1890
to 1897, Rudolf Steiner then lived in Weimar, Germany, where Goethe
had lived a major part of his life and where most of Goethe's writings
had been kept in archives. In 1891, Rudolf Steiner received his PhD at
the University of Rostock. His thesis was: Die Grundfrage der
Erkenntnistheorie (The Fundamentals of a Theory of Cognition). Rudolf
Steiner became a leading scientist in the field of Erkenntnistheorie
(Theory of Cognition). In 1894, Rudolf Steiner wrote his first
"anthroposophical" book, "Philosophie der Freiheit", or, as it is
currently translated "Intuitive Thinking as a Spiritual Path". Also,
in 1894, a series of personal meetings with Friedrich Nietzsche at his
home in Berlin took place. Rudolf Steiner died in his small studio in
Dornach, Switzerland, in 1925.( "The Essential Steiner" by Robert A.
McDermott., 1984. Harper San Francisco. ISBN 0-06-065345-0, gives a
wonderful and thorough overview of the person and work of Rudolf
Steiner)."
