Further to my question on their earlier paper, I am interested in a
discussion and/or analysis of the paper by Eugene F. Fama and Kenneth
R. French (1999) "The Corporate Cost of Capital and the Return on
Corporate Investment".

Specifically, what is discussed, implications for the finance
industry, strengths and weaknesses of the paper and a comment on its
external and internal validity.

I just noticed this question, having missed it when originally posted.
Are you still interested in a summary of the Fama/French article?

Best regards,
