Distributors or traders of cutting tools ie. taps, drills, reamers,
inserts, abrasives, end-mills to end user manufacturers of aerospace,
aircraft, automotive, electronic, computer etc. parts might be an
avenue of search since they are related items that go together.  Not
manufacturers of lubricants ie. Castrol, Master Chemical,E. F.
Houghton etc.  Only traders or distributors who buy or have consigned
metalworking lubricants to resell to end user  manufacturers, machine
shops etc.
