yahoo notepads sucks it's too basic we need to improve

*tree structure - important!!

*decent word formatting features like fonts and bold and such

the background is that I need to categorize my thoughts in an associative way 

if you look at 

Kurzweialai.net - THe Brain....then you see something interesting but
he's selling that stuff for more money than it's worth I think so
therefore:

A simple Tree Control put on the net for everyone to use 

with my own account of course

I wonder why yahoo doesn't have this the notepad feature is way to primitive
