What is the human-readable equalient of the bar code at
http://home.no/blazius/bilder/barcode.gif?  What type of barcode is
it?  Where can I find a free tool that will enable me to make similar
barcodes on a computer running MS Windows 98?  I know how to (ab)use
my computer, so you won't have to guide me through the setup process
etc.
