Please also give the size of the companies (by number of employees), e.g.

UK
0-5 employees: 40% (of the agencies)
5-10 employees: 15%
etc.

That's about 5 questions and I suspect it's about 5 hours worth of
work.  You might want to consider repricing the question.

thank you for the source - I had already found it in the meanwhile,
and it was very helpful.

About repricing: You might be right, but I actually found the numbers
for the UK, the US and France myself, so there is only Western Europe
and Paris missing. I think this makes the price adequate.
