Dear Cookie,

Well, the name is... "Halloweentown" (one word).

This television film is a comedy, produced by Disney, that also had a
sequal ("Halloweentown II: Kalabar's Revenge").

Halloweentown II: Kalabar's Revenge (2001) (TV)
-----------------------------------

unfortunately, not available in Video or DVD.

I hope this helped. I searched for "Debbie Reynolds " and "Halloween
Town" on Google to find the answer. Please contact me if you need any
clarifications on the answer, before you tip/rate it.
