Hi,

I'm looking for a Visual Basic source code OR a ***FREE*** ActiveX
control that can read and write Dr halo format. I built a VB graphics
program that can read and save 14 graphics formats, and I want to add
the old Dr. Halo format to it. I'm not looking for the format specs or
a DLL that do that. I'm looking for either an ActiveX or VB6 source
code. if nothing is found that can open and save CUT files, then I'll
accept a VB source code or ActiveX or DLL that can convert BMP to CUT
and from CUT to BMP. Thanks
