I don't think that Georgia Tech has a report on the ATLIS detection
technology.  According to this statement from Ruby Mining Company,
Georgia Tech has agreed "to use reasonable care to hold in confidence
and not disclose to other parties any and all information relating to
the ATLIS(R) technology disclosed by the Company in connection with
the license agreement."
