For what it's worth, I have dealt with softwareoutlet.com in the past
and found their service satisfactory.

While version 2 would be the safest, it is possible that a later
version may also be able to compile the program.

I didn't have to search for eBay because I was already familiar with
it.  On eBay, I just searched for "delphi," then tuned into Software
in the Matching Categories list on the left side of the search results
page, then scanned for version 2.
