I am looking for data in some tagged format.  A form based format is
also acceptable as well as HTML and/or XML.  If the data is already
processed (formatted), it is okay too.

The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute makes some clinical
study data sets available to bona fide researchers, however, you would
have to negotiate this on your own belhalf
