The articles on these pages mention specific categories or instances
for exemption from Indiana sales taxes.
The only exemption listed as exempt are "complimentary toiletry items
such as soap, shampoo, tissue paper, plastic cups and any other items
not reusable" purchased for use by "People Engaged in the Business of
Renting Rooms, Lodgings or Accommodations".
