When you say "products," how fine a distinction do you make? In other
words, Would you consider non-fiction and fiction books to be 2
separate classes of products, or are they all just "books"? Are CDs
and cassettes of music 2 different products, or is it all just
"music"? Likewise with DVDs and VHS tapes of movies--is DVD 1 product
and VHS tapes another, or do they all count as "movies"?

Also,
If you buy stock in a company online and then request the actual stock
certificate be mailed to you (on option which is always available but
which most people don't opt for), is that a "physical product" or no?

Hi

I think we will just go for the more simple option of "music" or books
etc. Stocks in a company won't count as a product for us.

Many Thanks
