candidate, I need (1) a good estimate of the cost so that I can
allocate the money in an FSA, (2) an overview of the surgeon's
background, experience, and success statistics, (3) comparative
information on the equipment used by the surgeon.

FYI ... the LASIK eye surgery seems to have a huge following in canada
... and what with the state of the canadian dollar you may want to
check out toronto based Lasik surgery clinics we have a bunch. I'll
try and see if I can dig up some info on it ... the price difference
alone might be worth the flight
