Dear shirleyd90, The issues involved in challenging a postnuptial agreement are quite fact-specific (that is, they depend upon the circumstances of the parties, typically both when the agreement was made *and* when somebody seeks to enforce the agreement), and can also depend very much on the language of the agreement, and the circumstances under which it was drafted and reviewed. The price you placed on this question suggests that you believe it can be answered with a single link or single piece of information. (See http://answers.google.com/answers/pricing.html .) I don't believe that will turn out to be the case, as I do not believe that there is a Michigan-specific resource available for linking which would cover the full scope of the enforceability of postnuptial agreements. |
