nutritional supplements, weight loss products/systems, workout
accessories, gym memberships, personal trainers in 2002 and what was
the GDP of the fitness industry as a whole in 2002?

This is a broad cross-section of questions.  I've done several market
analyses of sporting goods (you could do a search by my i.d.) and my
guess is that data is available for either 4 or 5 of your 9 questions.

Researchers tend to hate to answer questions only partially, as
customers often expect answers to everything.

Manufacturing in the US" is available for $495.00 at Market
Research.com
