The information in my answer does include a link to the vendor's phone number.  

My answer indicates that the document entitled "Mia Kanazawa" does not
contain the phone number.  However, the answer also notes that another
document does contain the number:

In that document, Mia Kanazawa is the fourth person listed in the left
hand column of page 2.  To the right of her name and address is her
phone number.

I'm not clear on why the vendor's number couldn't be provided.
