I really need assistance on following questions. Please!  IF the
information is good, I can pay more.....   Please!!!!!
1.What is Intellectual Property protection?
2.How many types of Intellectual property rights (IPRs) (IN DETAIL PLEASE)?
 Example(in different types of IPRs) on IT business about they use
IPRs to protect their company's     benefits.
3.What is the inter-relationship between IPRs and the Law,
communications&multimedia?

You're going to have to focus this more closely.  IP law covers a vast area:
*  patents
*  trademarks
*  copyrights

Each area has at least a dozen issues with them (patents alone cover
process, design and product innovation -- as a simple example).  A
SIMPLE overview of all of the issues here is easily worth 15X the
price of this question.  But the real issue is: what precisely do you
need to know?

URGENT, PLEASE!

Please can you find me some court case ( the case must be within IT
business/company in the U.S.A )on following Subjects:
1.The law of confidence
2. Copyright
3. Trade Mark
4. Patent
5. Design Right
And can you also find me some sources on defining the
inter-relationships between the law, communications and multimedia.
