I am looking for someone to generate a list of property managers in
the Eastern parte of massachusetts From Worcester to Boston, the list
must contain contact information, for example High Five Property
Mangement, Property managers Jim Doe, Jane Doe, Mike Doe, Phone
Number, email address. Now since this will be a hard list to
generate, payment is negotiable, any additional info you are able to
obtain, ie actual property addresses will be greatly rewarded. I will
base payment on the number of Property Management companies and
contacts you can obtain. ie. $25 for 50 contacts, $50 for 100
contacts. Drop me a line if you are interested, remember payment is

Hi td22ma,
While working on your question, I have noted many Property Management
Companies do not have a web presence. In such cases, the only
available contact information would be mailing addresses and telephone
numbers.
It would be helpful if you could list the cities and towns in
Massachusetts that you are interested in.

Rainbow,
here is are a few towns that i am interested in, Attleboro, North
Attleboro, Dedham, Canton, Milford, Franklin, Natick, Wellsley and
there surrounding areas. If you want more towns let me know. Now I
do have one more clarification, I already have a copy of the IREM/CPM
Member listings so please do not include any information from there
website. In case you already stumbled upon it. If not the Irem site
will give you an idea of the type of information I am looking for.
Also you are correct many property managers do not have a web presence
so good hunting

Rainbow, I may e willing to accept your answer but I want to make sure
I am not going to receive simply a spreadsheet from Superpages.com of
Property managaers. If you woud igve me a little insight as to what
the list contains and how many listings you have, also how reliable
you feel the data is.

Actually my intentions were to extract the data from various
directories similar to SuperPages. As I understand, you are not
interested in this sort of data.
