Hi Gingin, 
 
Jennifer Hurley appears to be one of the major editors for the
Opposing Viewpoints series from Greenhaven Press (now owned by Gale). 
I have sent a request for her bio to the customer service folks at
Gale, and hope to hear back from them soon (they claim within 1-3
business days).
