WEll a call center can't go without computers.. From my point of view there are 2 kinds of call center's 1 is which does the sales and customer care the other is the a Techincal Support. Which ever the type of call center it may be you cann't go wihtout computer as 82% of the people who work in call center has a computer with them and use them on a daily basis.. The Main use of computer in a call center is to logg the data of the call and the Customer's information. If you ask me if a call center employee could go without computers it's a big NO. |

I work at one, and I think my computer use at home has greatly decresed. |
