I would like a biography on James S. McDonald, former head of
Rockefeller & Co, and recently appointed as Chairman of the New York
Stock Exchange.

The following is his biography from the NSYE Proxy Statement dated 11.04.03.

"JAMES S. MCDONALD
Mr. McDonald is the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Rockefeller & Co., Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Directors
of Rockefeller & Co., Inc. and Rockefeller Financial Services. Prior
to joining Rockefeller & Co., Inc., from 1986 to 2000, Mr. McDonald
was a senior officer and director of the Pell, Rudman organization.
Among other positions, he served as President and Chief Executive
Officer of that organization, now known as "Atlantic Trust/Pell
Rudman." Prior to joining Pell, Rudman, he was a partner with the
Boston law firm of Choate, Hall & Stewart, which he joined in 1977. In
addition, Mr. McDonald is a Trustee Emeritus of the Fessenden School,
Newton, Massachusetts (President, 1993-1999), and a member of the
Investment Committees of The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum,
Washington, D.C.,the Nightingale School, New York, N.Y., and the Japan
Society of New York. He is a member of the Harvard University
Committee on Asia Activities, and has been active in other community
activities. He received a J.D. in 1977 from the University of Virginia
and an A.B. from Harvard College in 1974."

I found what u sent on NYSE site myself, but was hoping for more
details such as his family background, where he was born, what his
father did, # of siblings grammar and high school education, Where he
currently lives, (just the state and city would be good)

What are the ages of his children, what is his political affliation
