I have searched all over and for some completely inexplicable reason I
cannot find a comparison of bug/issue tracking systems!

We've looked at Bugzilla, but it's a pain in the ass because all our
systems are Windows and Bugzilla has some annoyingly primitive things
in it anyway (like the inability to simply select users from a drop
down list).

What I want is an independent comparison of issue tracking systems
from a site like zdnet or some other independent site. Someone
somewhere must have done this! We're a relatively small company, and
we mainly have windows systems. I need to be able to filter issues,
have default searches (I like Bugzilla's ability to allow me to just
bookmark searches), and it must be web based.

We're probably going to go with FogBugz. It looks pretty good and
isn't as expensive as some of the other ones out there with massive
amounts of functionality that wouldn't be useful to us.
